The session begins with a brief message to relax the body and prepare the muscles, following by moving cupping to stimulate circulation & blood flow. Dry cupping is applied to activate key points and bring blood flow to the surface of the skin. Finished with wet cupping (Hijama), incisions are made and suction is applied to extract blood from these key points. After the extraction is complete, the wounds are sanitized and soothed with oil/cream to promote healing.

The Sunnah Routine includes all 9 points where the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ had done hijama, as per hadith. Hijama was performed on these points specifically due to headaches, migraines or chronic pain in these areas.

This service can be fully customized to address your paint points and health needs.
